My Name is Richard L. Pickle. I am announcing my candidacy for The Office of The President of The United States of America. As your president, I will be a president for The People, and it will be my duty to best serve and protect the American people to the best of my ability. this is my plan to secure the health, wealth, and existence of the citizens of the United States of America, and return to us all the freedom that we have lost.
Vote for me if you are ready for a change in the way that we look at our government.

The United States Constitution and The Bill of Rights
In honor of Thomas Jefferson; abolish any and all federal, state, county and city laws that negate the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights in any way.
Any and all laws hindering Free Enterprise are to be abolished.
Abolish all Hate Laws. Freedom of Speech and Expression allows a person to say whatever they want, how they want, to whom or about what they want, when they want and where they want to say it.
Firearms
Abolish all firearms permits, licensing and waiting periods. The Second Amendment is our permit and license; therefore we do not need to wait.
Abolish all federal laws limiting the amount of ammunition and firearms that United States Citizens can own.
The ATF can no longer regulate the manufacture or sale of firearms, ammunition or body armor.
Freedom of Speech
No government agency may pass rules and regulations which are contrary to the United States Constitution and/or the Bill of Rights. Freedom of Speech and Expression applies to all forms of media.
All laws infringing on Freedom of Speech; including political speech; as well as Freedom of Expression are to be abolished.
The Citizens of the United States of America have the right to speak with their President for any reason.
Religion and Declarations
Churches have the right to reprimand and/or chastise the government of the United States, as well as speak on political topics if they feel that the United States government is being in any way unjust.
Declare that we are a Christian Nation and that the Freedom of Religion clause was meant to be the freedom to worship our Christian God and honor Jesus Christ as we see fit.
Declare that American English is the language of The United States of America.
No church is obligated to perform same sex marriages.

No one shall ever be charged with Hate Speech or a Hate crime for teaching, speaking, reprimanding or chastising on a subject identified as sinful behavior within the pages of the Holy Bible.
Civil Liberty
Police are our servants not our masters. They are servants not authority figures. The only time that they have authority is if they are arresting, citing or warning of behavior.
Criminal history will no longer be a basis for discrimination; except schools, daycare and banking positions.
The Department of Parole and Probation is hereby abolished and flat time sentences are to be served. Once served the Citizens Rights, Freedom and Liberties as a United States Citizen are fully restored upon release.
Remove Cannabis and Cannabis Products from the Federal Controlled Substance List.
Immigration
All i*****l Residents within the borders of the United States of America are to be deported immediately, especially Mexican Citizens.
If i*****l Immigrants have a c***d born in the United States, it is not immediately regarded as an American Citizen. It should be regarded as a Citizen of the Immigrants Nationality. The Immigrant(s) and c***d(ren) are to be deported immediately.
If an immigrant has a Green Card or Work Visa and have a c***d born in the United States, they will have until the Green Card or Work Visa expires to gain United States citizenship or their whole family gets deported. If the parents gain citizenship then the c***d or c***dren will be regarded as American Citizens.
If you marry an immigrant, the immigrant does not immediately become an American Citizen. The immigrant spouse has three years to gain citizenship. If citizenship has not been established by the end of the three year period, then the immigrant spouse must return to the Nation they came from.
All immigrants must know United States history, the United States Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, be able to score higher than 70%, as well as speak fluent American English as proof of assimilation in order to become an American Citizen.
National Defense
Create an automated Border Defense system with omni-directional sensor vision utilizing radar and laser scanner, and armed with Nicola Tesla’s Scaler Wave technology in order to destroy hostile weapons platforms/systems. The technology of this weapons system platform is never to be used against civilians or civilian populations. This weapons system platform is to be ran by a program identifying all known ships, aircraft and missile systems both friend and foe as well as programmed to fire on enemy systems within United States controlled air, land and sea space. ICBM’s will be shot down as soon as they are detected, and send alerts to Cheyenne Mountain, NORAD and all other appropriate military defense installations. Alerts for any recognized threat(s) will be immediately sent to Cheyenne Mountain, NORAD and all other appropriate military defense installations.
Emergency Alert System would be automatically activated for any detected threat, whether by air, land or sea. The alert would state the type of threat and the appropriate action to take.
Eliminate La Raza, which is the re-conquest of the Western United States by population displacement of American Citizens with Mexican citizens by i*****l immigration, and therefore is a war crime by Mexico. Also known as a soft invasion by population displacement, which is soft genocide.

Our Congress, Senate, and Supreme Court are guilty of Dereliction of Duty, and Aiding and Abetting a War Crime, and thereby Treason against The Citizens of The United States of America for not stopping Barak Obama granting Amnesty to five million i*****l Mexican immigrants, as well as by not enforcing Federal Immigration law.
Taxes
Abolish primary residential Property Tax; it will be capped at 200 acres.
Colleges are to be paid for by Federal Tax dollars. They are public schools and will be treated as such.
No tax on churches for any cause; ever.
In states with a sales tax, the tax is to be included in the retail price. The price you see is the price you pay.
5% of annual Federal income tax collected is to be divided up among all United States Citizens 18 and older.
10% of annual corporate/franchise income tax on all corporations/franchises selling products in the United States are to be distributed to all United States Citizens 18 and older.
10% of quarterly State revenue is to be distributed to all residents of that state that are United States Citizens 18 and older.
25% of quarterly import tax is to be distributed to all United States Citizens 18 and older.
Those that are incarcerated United States Citizens shall have their economic stimulus check put in an account in their name and will be given access to that account for commissary purposes.
Politics
All Federal, State, County and City employees salary is not to exceed middle class; ever.
Combine salary, perks and bonuses shall not exceed $100,000.00 per year for all federal, state, county and city employees.
Bring all of our troops home.
Sharia-La and Sharia-Courts will never be allowed in the United States and the existing Sharia-Courts be abolished immediately.
Ban the practice of Islam in the United States. Islam’s intent is Sharia-La and Global Califate; which is Global Government under Sharia-La and therefore is an enemy to the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights and the intent of it’s creators; which makes practicing Muslims an enemy to the United States of America.
All Mosks in the United States are to be closed and tore down.
Deport all Muslims.
Abolish the Department of Indian Affairs. Reservations can govern themselves.
Noticeable neglect and/or abuse is to be investigated by the police department and if found guilty ‘the Department of c***dren’s Service’ can take the c***d/c***dren and place them with the nearest kin. There is no other reason to take a c***d from it’s parents.
c***dren’s Services Division may not do a walk through on a c***d’s home without a warrent based on clear probable cause.
c***dren’s Services Division can no longer change it’s name as a business tactic in order to get out of paying settlements due to lawsuits against them.
Health
Federal Reserve pays all medical expenses for United States Citizens.
Ban all GMO products in the United States. GMO products can not be sold, created nor imported.
Abolish the use of Floride compounds in personal care consumer products and drinking water. It is a highly toxic substance harmful to the human body.
Ban the use of Aluminum and Aluminum compounds in personal care consumer products due to the proven link with Alzheimer’s Disease.
Remove Mercury and all other harmful preservatives in vaccines.
Environment
Strip mining industrial exhaust through liquified air technology; thereby creating pure gas end products suitable for industry as a marketable product.
Desalination Plants for water and pour the brine in the North Atlantic near Greenland to offset the loss of the Aguala-Aquafer and speed up the conveyor belt stabilizing climate change.
Mandate that all chem-trail additives in aircraft fuel no longer be used nor added to aircraft fuel.
Mandatory reforestation laws for the entire nation.
Address BLM’s authority and purpose.
Irrigate Death Valley, CA and terraform it into an agricultural super center. All shipping channel dredgings are to be taken there and tilled into the soil as well as livestock and poultry manure donated by farmers. All vegetation in that zone is to be edible and medical plants and trees only.
School
A person is only required to take college course studies pertinent to the students goal.
Colleges are open to all United States Citizens with a high school diploma or a GED.
Abolish ‘Common Core’ in all schools and all technology classes in all elementary schools nationwide and teach all students as they were taught from 1977-1987.
Parents control what the teachers teach their c***dren not the board of education, the state nor the government.
School breakfast and lunch programs should be ran by a qualified dietitian and served real food not food simulant products such as synthetic cheese for example is unacceptable. No c***d will be denied a meal. The school breakfast and lunch programs will be paid for by federal funding given to that district.
Education is a choice and shall not be mandated by the Department of Education nor the federal government; our c***dren are not chattel for the biggest business in big business.
Shots not required; but infectious disease screening before the beginning of each school year by your PCP is required for health and safety of fellow students and staff.
The Pledge of Allegiance is to be brought back in our schools as showing loyalty to the United States of America and support to the troops that have both fallen for her and currently protect her. Under God will remain in ‘the Pledge of Allegiance’ because we are and always have been a Christian Nation.
Banks
Reinstate the United States Dollar and abolish the Federal Reserve Note.
Suspend the Federal Reserve.
All banks in the United States must be American owned and operated.
Interest on loans and credit cards will be immediately banned. The ‘Holy Bible’ identifies such practices as sinful and calls it usury due to the sinful nature of this practice and the financial enslavement that it creates; it hereby shall no longer be allowed.
No fees or penalties on debit cards, credit cards and bank cards for any cause; ever.
Banks shall cash any and all legitimate checks without requiring a bank account by the individual cashing the check nor shall they require any kind of fee to cash it.
Banks that fail due to these policies will become government run with employees salaries capped at $80,000.00 and become 0% interest money lending and banking institutions.
Business
forced price freeze for two years on consumer products nationwide when minimum wage goes up.
Enact a wage increase equivalent to the minimum wage when minimum wage increase for those making more than minimum wage when minimum wage goes up.
Foreign businesses that want to sell products in the United States must manufacture product in the United States with United States citizens or pay a 25% import tax that would be distributed to United States Citizens 18 and older.
Overseas businesses that will not build factories here in the United States to employ American Citizens in order to sell their product here may still import their foreign made product with an import tax equal to 25% of the retail price of the product. This tax is to be distributed to all United States Citizens 18 and older. Checks received quarterly.
Federal Lands
Re-Open the homestead act.
International Projects
Under water highway system through the Bearing Straight as part of the proposed international highway system.
All foreign dignitaries meet with the President of the United States of America at a resort built on Ellis Island specifically for that purpose.
c***d Support
A parent is not obligated to pay c***d Support if parental rights have been violated in any way.
c***d Support monthly payments will not go up over time. The payment is to be one flat rate until the c***d turns 18.
All c***d support payments are to be put in a personnel account for the c***d compounded at 6% interest quarterly. No one but the c***d can access the account. The c***d must be 21 years old before access is permitted.

Social Work
All restaurants big and small in the United States are no longer allowed to throw out good food at the end of the day. All deli’s and bakeries the same. All good food at the end of each business day is to be given to the local missions and shelters to feed the poor, homeless and needy American Citizens. No American Citizen or legal immigrant is ever to be denied a meal.
Businesses that fail to abide will be fined 5% gross income tax which will be divided between all American Citizens 18 and older.
